This skill is only known by a small number of LMA staff, as I had to go through a couple people to get one added for two bands I'm involved with.

If someone tells you it's not possible, ask someone else.

George, who helped you do this? Do you have a show where you did this? Please share a link - I'd like to learn.

I've never seen it called that, but yes - it seems to be the flash player.

In that case, you must upload the image (with the exact name of the item) into the item's check out folder then name the image file .jpg in the item manager (whether it's a jpg, gif or bmp) it will show up on the left hand corner and also in the player when you click play. Animated gifs apparently do not show up in the player in my experience. I might test that when I add some image files to my stuff.

Thanks. This process worked.

Example where I just did this

You can see the file and the name used in the "Individual files" section under "image files".

Brad ... you and Tyler helped me do this for the Disco Biscuits and Codename last year. I don't know whether you farmed it out to someone else, but you guys were my contacts for it to get done.

Why are the "parent post" buttons missing on all these posts?

Ah - you are probably thinking about the image in the top right corner, which brings you back to the main collection page for the artist. Yeah, I know how to do that, but the original poster was wondering how to get an image into the Flash Player which I have not found a consistent way to do yet. Telephone Toughguy made some suggestions that I will have to try.

Thanks George,
